Dear Friends,

As many of you know, I have been navigating a significant healing journey over the past year. While I continue to make wonderful progress, the next phase of treatment requires me to prioritize rest, recovery, and preparation for surgery and radiation in the months ahead.​ For that reason, I will be stepping away from client sessions for the next month or so. If you currently have an appointment scheduled, please expect a text, phone call, or email from me regarding rescheduling.​

 

The good news is that I am doing very well and continue to see positive results in healing this diagnosis. Overall, I feel strong and healthy, though some of the treatment side effects have been challenging at times. Taking this pause is an important part of ensuring that I can continue showing up fully for both my healing and my work.

 

My intention is to return in July and begin seeing a limited number of clients as my schedule allows. As July gets closer, I will open up the schedule.​​Thank you for your patience, understanding, and the incredible love and support you have shown me throughout this journey. Your kindness has meant more than words can express.I look forward to seeing you again soon.
